Axis & Allies players ?
Looking to play the original/expanded boardgame, willing to try the various derivatives.

How about a Second World War themed mini-con weekend at the Store ? A couple of tables with Flames of War, GURPS WW2, a couple of games of Axis & Allies, Up Front (the card game), a naval game - board game or miniatures, maybe one of each ? Maybe plan it for March ?

Wed is Board Game Night
Hey, I know that A&A has been played on Wednesday evenings occasionally with our board game group. The leader of the group is 'Wooko' (nick name for Eric) and they usually start around 6 and go to midnight at least. I'd recommend showing up or calling the store Wed night and bringing up the idea of an A&A game. I'm sure they'll work one into the schedule if you show interest (I believe they usually have an idea of the game that will be played that week ahead of time). Also, if you build it they will come... just come down on any late night gaming night or weekend and set the game up on a table. That is sure to attract an opponent or two! C
