Star Wars Saga Hi everyone. I'm moving to Tacoma next week and I want to start up a Star Wars saga campaign. I would be looking to run 1-2 sessions a week, either on a weekday night or a weekend. I'm looking for players so if you might be interested let me know on here or you can e-mail me at:

Update Ok I'm here and moved into my new house. I have found about 4 people that are interested but nobody solidified yet. I am planning on meeting up at the Game Matrix store sometime in the first week after the New Year. Here is a little info about the campaign I am planning on running:
The campaign is set in an alternate timeline. Currently in the galaxy there are 3 major factions: The Republic, The Sith and The Federation. The Republic is similar to what you see in the movies except not as corrupt and ineffectual. The Federation is a nation run by corporations. Their military is droid based. Basically the separatist military you see from the movies with some other special non-droid units. The Sith are organized into an aristocracy with seven noble houses. Each of the houses serves a function within their society (military trainers, slavers, ship designers etc) but each houses is also autonomous (i.e has their own planets, economy, and military). Each of these factions has their own area in space that is surrounded by a mysterious energy field. This force field is generated and maintained by a neutral faction called the Sister’s of Gaia. As far as you (the PCs) know, nobody but the Sister’s know how this field is generated and maintained. The fields were established to end a galactic war approximately 10,000 years prior to the start of the campaign. The three factions have been in a rocky peace since then. Each section of space can only be accessed by a limited number of gateways which are generated from planets located in border space. Border space is the area of the galaxy not surround by an energy field and is located between the three factions. There are various warlords and other independents in border space as well as excursions from the three main factions looking to gather resources. I have attached a powerpoint file with a map showing where each faction is. The center area is border space. There is more to the setting than that but I don’t feel like typing that much... haha.
In case you are wondering why I decided to go with an alternate timeline here are a few of the reasons:
1. It allows me to use NPCs from the movies but not have to worry about people being annoyed if they are a little different or if something happens to them that doesn’t fit with Star Wars canon.
2. The potential for cool action between clone troopers, droids and PCs is awesome but the only time frame when this is possible is the Clone Wars. The Clone Wars timeline is very restrictive and it is hard to make the PCs the center of the action with so many well known and powerful NPCs running around.
3. I really wanted to present the Sith as a major factions and explore some possibilities with them but most of the canon is very restrictive when it comes to the Sith.
As for where the PCs would fit in, I have a few ideas I was throwing around:
1. The PCs are a Serenity type crew that ends up embroiled in the galactic events.
2. The PCs are bounty hunters in the vein of Cowboy Bebop and end up embroiled in galactic events.
3 The PCs are members of a mercenary group named Krylgun that operates out of Border Space.
4. The PCs are members of a minor clan of a Sith noble family. Their clan leader is less evil than most Sith. The PCs end up on the moral high road as far as Sith go. Possibly a Drizzt type scenario or maybe just evil but honorable.
If you are interested in the game please let me know at the e-mail posted above. Also, please rank those PC concepts in order of preference. If you have any other PC concepts please let me know as well. Thanks.
