Wednesdays: board game night 12-12, review and upcoming
Good solid crowd tonight. With a group of 5 players getting into a game of Twilight Imperium (with Shattered Empire)and a second group of 5 playing Primordial soup (with the newly released 5-6 player expansion). After the Primordial soup group finished we ended up playing a whopping6 GAMES of Race for the Galaxy. I have to admit, I do love this game. Easy to learn and fast play combines to keep everyone wanting more.
There is also a few people getting together to play Starcraft: The Board Game on Saturday around noon, feel free to drop in if you want to check it out.
For next Wednesday we have plenty of options. I've been wanting to get a game of Power Grid together since the new Power Plant Deck came out. Aside from that, everyone's welcome to bring games, or request a specific game. Not to mention I am usually easily persuaded to play something new. :wink:
